The Centre for Market Insights (CMI) is a non-profit innovative research centre of the School of Marketing at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. With our (quantitative) research we aim to develop new educational materials and research methods by experimenting with state-of-the-art analysis tools and we aim to seeking solutions for digital analytics challenges of the Amsterdam business community. Within the CMI, practice-oriented research is carried out into three themes:
- the influence of digitalization on the business models of companies
- the added value of new technology for companies and customers
- the spatial effects of the use of technology
