Alewijnse

Alewijnse has a labor intensive portfolio. They were struggling with staff scarcity and needed to revise their strategy. They however had limited market insights and insufficient departmental alignment. We solved that with our 3-step program:

​

  • In the 1st session we clearly set the scope and found that the chosen segmentation was not completely right.

​

  • The 2nd step -the workshop with an interdepartmental team of employees- provided a lot of clarity on the true market situation and product-market-fit. Since Alewijnse services quite a lot of markets and segments, they continued to map the markets that were not covered during the workshop in the following weeks.

​

  • When the input for all markets was there, it was time to assess the results. To see which markets were 'low hanging fruit' and what adjustments were needed for other ones. It also became clear that some markets just cost too much effort and resources, and it was better to say goodbye to them. 

 

As a result of our Program, senior management was able to identify and resolve bottlenecks, improve processes, and give the company an edge worth millions in a competitive industry.
